Track Sites

Screen time, counted where it happens

Time per site, by hour and by day, for today or for all time. The numbers are calculated inside your browser and never leave it.

Everything you meant to do

This site is blocked

You asked to keep this one closed until 18:00.

25:00

Focus session

Distracting sites stay shut while the timer runs.

Counted on your device

Nothing about this visit left your browser.

Time to wind down

Breathe with the circle until the screen lets go.

Rain over the page

Ambient sound, nothing blocked.

Look 20 feet away

Twenty seconds. Your eyes have been at this screen for two hours.

Three things today

Written this morning, still waiting.

Today you are the Learner

Every tab is a vote for who you are becoming.

Dark, without the mess

Images keep their colours. Already-dark sites are left alone.

25 on, 5 off

The rhythm runs itself; you stop watching the clock.

Warm after sunset

The page warms up in the evening instead of glowing at you.

Two minutes

In, hold, out — follow the circle and go back to work.

click the toggle — this is the real interface, not a screenshot

Every tracker will show you the truth. Most of them keep a copy.

How it works

Install it and it starts counting

There is nothing to connect and nobody to sign up with.

01

No sign-up

The tracker works without an account. Nothing is uploaded, so there is nothing to log into.

02

It records the domain

“youtube.com” and the number of seconds. Not the page you were on, not what was written there.

03

You read it in the popup

Today, this week, this month, this year, all time — with charts by hour and by day.

What people check their screen time for

Where the working day actually went

Time per site, sorted, for today or for any period you pick.

Screen time without an account

Nothing to sign up for, because nothing is uploaded. The numbers are computed in your browser.

Which hours you lose

A breakdown by hour of the day shows the slump you already suspected.

Tracking without handing over browsing history

Only the domain and the seconds are recorded — never the page address, never its contents.

Keeping more than three months

Your entire history stays available, free. No upgrade to see your own past.

Getting the data out

Export everything to a file whenever you like, with no subscription.

Where the numbers live

In IndexedDB inside your browser. We verified this by intercepting traffic: during a session without an account, the extension makes zero requests to our servers, while the visit, the session and the event are all recorded locally. For comparison, RescueTime records the website URL and window title on its servers and requires an account.

Questions

About Track Sites

Do you see which sites I visit?

No. The statistics are computed and stored in your browser. Without an account the extension makes no requests to us at all, which you can confirm in the Network tab of DevTools.

Do I need an account?

No. The tracker works fully without one. An account only matters if you deliberately turn on syncing between devices.

Is the history limited on the free plan?

No. Today, this week, this month, this year and all time are all free, forever.

What exactly gets recorded?

The domain and the number of seconds. Never the address of an individual page and never its contents.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, into a file, at any moment, with no subscription.

The tracker comes with eleven more modes

Blocking, focus, dark mode, sleep, eye care — one extension, free.
